Ron Mills holds an Advanced Diploma in Professional Coaching (Distinction)   is also a Certified NLP Practitioner (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and a Certified Time Line Therapy Practitioner.

In addition he has undertaken further intensive training in Corporate and Executive Coaching with two of the UK's most accomplished corporate coaches.

Ron is a life member of The Coaching Academy and a member of the Association for Coaching.

Ron has also recently been appointed Head of The Association for Coaching in Scotland, a not for profit organisation working to raise the profile of coaching as a profession. It has over 2000 members in 35 countries worlwide.

Prior to finding his calling as a professional coach Ron worked for a number of blue chip financial institutions including The Royal Bank of Scotland, HBOS, Standard Life and Abbey National as well as spending 8 years as an independent IT consultant.

Ron brings all his extensive experience to his coaching practice to provide the very best service he possibly can for his clients.
